FINISHED MY AUTO IN A REALLY TIMELY MANNER!!! I recently visited your Cumberland with Kenneth as the supervisor. He provided exceptional service and finished my car in a quite timely manner. Being amongst his workers showed me that his shop is run with really skilled courtesy. He introduced me to Greg who finished up the job by producing sure that I had what I required to total my visit there. GOOD JOB GUYS AND MAINTAIN UP THE VERY GOOD WORK!!!!

THEY HAVE AN THEY HAVE an "open bay" policy, which means they will take you back to your vehicle and show you every thing they believe could use aid. The gentleman I had the pleasure of working with was Mace and let me tell you, he was absolutely nothing but open and upfront each and every step of the way.

HERE INSIDE MINUTES!!!! They fixed the vehicle the same day and it was running far better than it had in years. And to leading every little thing else off, they known as to tell me that my vehicle was ready to go. When I explained that I was having trouble acquiring a taxi in my new neighborhood, Mace offered to drive over and pick me up. He was here inside minutes and was extremely kind and beneficial the entire way back to the shop.

THEY WERE FAIR AND THAT IS ALL I ANTICIPATE!!!! Every single option was explained, each and every defective component was shown to me as well as the problems were explained in detail. They told me they understood my situation and would do some or all of the work depending on my wishes for each problem they felt really should be addressed. I ended up going for about half of the work they suggested and there was no beef whatsoever on their end about that. They understood where I was coming from. I thought they were fair and that is all I expect.

I'M ONE OF THEIR GREATEST FANS!! I've heard absolutely nothing but praise for Mace and his co-workers, and let me tell you, I'M one of their greatest fans. I is going to be trusting then with all my brake requirements (which, by the way, are guaranteed for the life of my car).
